The Sandia Matadors topped the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers basketball team by a final score of 61-49 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Matadors face the Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 18. Sandia will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.
