The St. Thomas Aquinas Saints (Dover, NH) basketball crushed the host Belmont Red Raiders (Belmont, NH), 58-32 in Friday's league test.
The Saints (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Somersworth (Somersworth, NH). The Toppers go into the Division III test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Somersworth was trounced by Berlin (Berlin, NH), 49-36, in a league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Gilford for a Division III test on Tuesday, January 9. Belmont will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 43-34 league loss to White Mountains (Whitefield, NH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
