Lancaster Catholic Crusaders (Lancaster, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA), 58-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lancaster Catholic upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA) to play the Vikings in a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Northern Lebanon won 56-15 in their recent non-league bout against Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA)

Next up, the Hawks play the West Catholic Burrs (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 7. Bethlehem Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Burrs go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 78-33 league loss to Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA).
