With the victory, Clio improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lake Fenton (Linden, MI) to play the Blue Devils in a Flint Metro challenge on Monday, January 8. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Lake Fenton won 53-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamady (Flint, MI)

Next up, the Wolves play the Carrollton Cavaliers (Carrollton, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Genesee will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 48-12 league loss to Bullock Creek (Midland, MI).
