Conrad Weiser Scouts (Robesonia, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA), 38-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Conrad Weiser upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Scouts travel to Exeter Township (Reading, PA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Exeter Township won 59-54 in their recent league bout against Twin Valley (Elverson, PA)

Next up, the Muhls play the Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Muhlenberg will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 55-13 league win over Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA).
