The Flushing Raiders basketball team (Flushing, MI), dropped 51-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Dow Chargers (Midland, MI)
The Chargers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lapeer for a Saginaw Valley battle on Tuesday, January 9. Dow will battle a Lightning team coming off a 68-29 league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Lightning record now stands at 2-6.
The Raiders (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Linden (Linden, MI). The Eagles go into the Flint Metro test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Linden went down by Midland (Midland, MI), 42-39, in a non-league test.
