Wyoming High School Basketball - Green River ripped by East

The East Thunderbirds basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Green River Wolves to 30 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Friday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Douglas for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. East will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 65-56 non-league win over Laramie (Laramie, WY). The Bearcats record now stands at 7-0.
The Wolves (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against South (Cheyenne, WY). The Bison enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, South triumphed over Riverton (Riverton, WY), 36-28, in a non-league contest.
