The Newington Nor'easters topped the host Glastonbury Guardians basketball team by a final score of 47-34 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Nor'easters face the Enfield Eagles (Enfield, CT) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 8. Newington will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 5-3 record after their 56-45 league win over RHAM (Hebron, CT).
