The Greeley County Jackrabbits basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Northern Valley Huskies to 31 in the Jackrabbits non-league triumph on Friday.
The Jackrabbits now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wallace County for a Northwest Kansas contest on Tuesday, January 9. Greeley County will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 47-44 non-league loss to Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-2.
The Huskies (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hill City (Hill City, KS). The Ringnecks enter the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Hill City was routed by Trego (WaKeeney, KS), 50-29, in a league contest.
