Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) and the visiting Palmer Dragons (Marks, MS), saw Ingomar's basketball squad wallop Palmer by a tally of 73-15.

With the victory, Ingomar improves its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Quitman (Quitman, MS) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Quitman won 69-42 in their recent league challenge against Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS)

Next up, the Dragons play the Calhoun City Wildcats (Calhoun City, MS) in a 2A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Palmer will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 61-44 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MS).
