The Winnisquam Bears bounced the host Newfound Regional Bears basketball squad by a count of 61-26 in Friday's league challenge.
With the victory, Winnisquam upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Prospect Mountain (Alton, NH) to play the Timberwolves in a Division III challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Bears play the Mascoma Royals (Canaan, NH) in a Division III challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Newfound Regional will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record.
