The Oakland Christian Lancers basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Novi Christian Academy Warriors to 6 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host University Liggett for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Oakland Christian will battle a Knights team coming off a 34-31 non-league loss to Roeper (Birmingham, MI). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.

The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Clarenceville was routed by Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI), 53-11, in a non-league contest.
