The Pawnee Black Bears basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Wesleyan Christian Mustangs to 44 in the Black Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Black Bears now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pawhuska for a 89er - East contest on Saturday, January 6. Pawnee will battle a Huskies team coming off a 50-44 non-league win over Stroud (Stroud, OK). The Huskies record now stands at 6-2.
The Mustangs (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Barnsdall (Barnsdall, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.
