Sturgeon Bulldogs (Sturgeon, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Prairie Home Panthers (Prairie Home, MO), 51-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sturgeon upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Bulldogs host Slater (Slater, MO) to clash with the Wildcats in a Central bout on Friday, January 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-9.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Higbee Tigers (Higbee, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Prairie Home will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
