With the victory, Sacred Heart improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, KS) to play the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Ellsworth won 55-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Republic County (Belleville, KS)

Next up, the Monarchs play the Ellis Railroaders (Ellis, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Thomas More Prep-Marian will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Railroaders come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 62-23 non-league loss to Smith Center (Smith Center, KS).
