With the victory, St. Mary's improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN) to play the Mustangs in a A Section 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart won 70-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers (Glencoe, MN) in a AA Section 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Sibley East will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
