With the victory, South Central Calhoun upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Humboldt (Humboldt, IA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 9-3. Humboldt won 77-55 in their recent non-league bout against Webster City (Webster City, IA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Alta-Aurelia Warriors (Alta, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Storm Lake St. Mary will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 56-42 league win over Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA).
