Adams City Eagles (Commerce City, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kennedy Commanders (Denver, CO), 73-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Adams City upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Eagles host Thornton (Thornton, CO) to play the Trojans in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Commanders confront the Alameda Pirates (Lakewood, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
