Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), 69-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Colfax upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host St. George's (Spokane, WA) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 4-6. St. George's won 47-39 in their recent non-league bout against Upper Columbia Academy (Spangle, WA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Chewelah will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 68-43 non-league loss to Okanogan (Okanogan, WA).
