Washington High School Basketball - Marysville-Pilchuck ripped by Shorewood

The Shorewood Thunderbirds basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks to 26 in the Thunderbirds league triumph on Thursday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe for a 2A/3A Wesco contest on Monday, January 10. Shorewood will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 59-39 league loss to Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-3.
The Tomahawks (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Cascade (Everett, WA). The Bruins enter the 2A/3A Wesco contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Cascade was routed by Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA), 68-24, in a non-league contest.
