Colorado High School Basketball - Sedgwick County beaten by Akron

The Akron Rams ran past the visiting Sedgwick County Cougars basketball team by a final score of 40-29 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Rams face the Briggsdale Falcons (Briggsdale, CO) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 12. Akron will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record.

With the defeat, Sedgwick County moves to 1-6 on the year. The Cougars host Caliche (Iliff, CO) to face the Buffaloes in a 3A/2A Lower Platte game on Friday, January 13.
