The Edna Karr Cougars basketball team (New Orleans, LA), was toppled 50-38 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Archbishop Hannan Hawks (Covington, LA)
The Hawks now possess a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metairie Park Country Day for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7.
The Cougars (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Brother Martin (New Orleans, LA). The Crusaders come into the 5A District 9 battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Brother Martin beat Phoenix (Braithwaite, LA), 64-19, in a non-league battle.
