California High School Basketball - Arroyo Valley knocked off by Carter

The Carter Lions basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Arroyo Valley Hawks to 49 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Notre Dame for a San Andreas contest on Wednesday, January 11. Carter will battle a Titans team coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Mesa Grande Academy (Calimesa, CA). The Titans record now stands at 3-11.
The Hawks (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Colton (Colton, CA). The Yellowjackets enter the San Andreas contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Colton was defeated by Rialto (Rialto, CA), 86-58, in a non-league contest.
