The Ludlowe Falcons basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers to 37 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenwich for a Fairfield County contest on Tuesday, January 10. Ludlowe will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 51-45 non-league win over Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-1.

The Hilltoppers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Tigers come into the Fairfield County contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Ridgefield was defeated by Staples (Westport, CT), 61-54, in a league contest.
