In Friday's non-league match, the host Butler Bears basketball team scored a decisive 70-47 triumph over the DuPont Manual Crimsons.
In their next game, the Bears meet the Larue County Hawks (Hodgenville, KY) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 17. Butler will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.
With the defeat, DuPont Manual moves to 7-8 on the year. The Crimsons travel to Eastern (Louisville, KY) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 18.
