Kentucky High School Basketball - Conner topples Campbell County

January 6, 2023: Hebron, KY 41048

In Friday's non-league outing, the Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY) basketball squad beat the visiting Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY), by a margin of 79-60.

The Cougars (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league outing with a 12-1 record. In their last outing, Covington Catholic defeated Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY), 70-52, in a league outing.

The Camels now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Mason County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10. Campbell County will clash with a Royals squad coming off a 78-58 non-league win over Estill County (Irvine, KY). The Royals record now stands at 13-2.
