Ohio High School Basketball - Northeastern ripped by Catholic Central

The Catholic Central Irish basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Northeastern Jets to 40 in the Irish league triumph on Friday.
The Irish now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Jefferson for a Ohio Heritage contest on Tuesday, January 10. Catholic Central will meet a Roughriders team coming off a 62-47 non-league loss to Tree of Life Christian (Columbus, OH). The Roughriders record now stands at 5-6.
The Jets (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Plains (London, OH). The Golden Eagles enter the Ohio Heritage contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Madison Plains triumphed over Westfall (Williamsport, OH), 44-40, in a non-league contest.
