New Jersey High School Basketball - Woodbury topped by Cherokee

The Cherokee Chiefs basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Woodbury Thundering Herd to 32 in the Chiefs non-league victory on Friday.
The Chiefs now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hammonton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7.
The Thundering Herd (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ). The Red Raiders come into the Colonial - Patriot contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Paulsboro was defeated by Eastern (Voorhees, NJ), 78-52, in a non-league contest.
