Ecorse Raiders (Ecorse, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Woodhaven Warriors (Brownstown, MI), 85-69 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ecorse upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Advanced Tech Academy (Dearborn, MI) to play the Lakers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Lakers come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Advanced Tech Academy lost 48-30 in their recent non-league bout against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI)

Next up, the Warriors play the River Rouge Panthers (River Rouge, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Woodhaven will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 59-49 non-league win over Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI).
