Indiana High School Basketball - Munster over Kankakee Valley

January 6, 2023: Munster, IN 46321

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN) and the visiting Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), saw Munster's basketball squad overcome Kankakee Valley by a tally of 62-46.

With the victory, Munster improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Highland (Highland, IN) to confront the Trojans in a Northwest Crossroads challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Kougars confront the Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Kankakee Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 64-53 league loss to Crown Point (Crown Point, IN).
