With the win, Point Pleasant Boro upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Wall Township (Wall, NJ) to clash with the Crimson Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Crimson Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

Next up, the Lions clash with the Toms River East Raiders (Toms River, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Lacey Township will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 55-44 non-league loss to Howell (Farmingdale, NJ).
