The Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL) basketball knocked off the host Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL), 66-50 in Friday's non-league test.
The Knights (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Manual (Peoria, IL). The Rams go into the Big Twelve test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Manual notched a victory over Normal West (Normal, IL), 73-54, in a league test.
The Rockets now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Pekin for a Mid-Illini test on Saturday, January 7. Limestone will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 68-51 non-league loss to Lanphier (Springfield, IL). The Dragons record now stands at 8-7.
