The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers basketball team (Daleville, VA), was nudged 52-46 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA)
The Bobcats now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Floyd County for a Three Rivers battle on Tuesday, January 10. Radford will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Union (Appalachia, VA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 8-3.
The Cavaliers (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Northside (Roanoke, VA). The Vikings come into the Blue Ridge battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Northside edged Glass (Lynchburg, VA), 55-48, in a non-league battle.
