With the victory, Okemos improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Wolves host Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI) to confront the Comets in a Capital Area - Blue challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI) in a Flint Metro challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Owosso will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record.
