Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad crush the host Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL), 85-63 in a league test.

The Panthers (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers go into the SouthWest Prairie test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Joliet West walloped Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL), 62-60, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Oswego East for a SouthWest Prairie test on Tuesday, January 10. Plainfield Central will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 47-39 league win over Romeoville (Romeoville, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 15-3.
