The Regents Knights (Austin, TX) basketball nipped the visiting St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans (Austin, TX), 62-58 in Friday's non-league test.
The Knights (19-8) will now prepare for their test against Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 11-14 record. In their last test, Cornerstone Christian got by Del Rio (Del Rio, TX), 68-67, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Houston Christian for a Southwest Prep - South test on Friday, January 13.
