Allentown Central Catholic Vikings (Allentown, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA), 49-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Allentown Central Catholic upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Vikings host East Stroudsburg North (Dingmans Ferry, PA) to clash with the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 0-5. East Stroudsburg North lost 48-6 in their recent non-league bout against Parkland (Allentown, PA)
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Pocono Mountain East will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Konkrete Kids go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 47-37 non-league loss to Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA).
