Bishop Fenwick Crusaders (Peabody, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Cardinal Spellman Cardinals (Brockton, MA), 58-29 in a league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Fenwick upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Central Catholic (Lawrence, MA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Cardinals play the Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 8. Cardinal Spellman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
