The Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE) basketball crushed the visiting Bloomfield Bees (Bloomfield, NE), 54-25 in Friday's non-league test.

The Indians (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Wakefield (Wakefield, NE). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record.

The Bees now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. Bloomfield will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 52-37 non-league win over Amherst (Amherst, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-2.
