Harker Eagles (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA), 55-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Harker upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Menlo School (Atherton, CA) to play the Knights in a West Bay - Foothill bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Menlo School lost 63-39 in their recent non-league bout against Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Christopher will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record.
