The Clay Blue Devils basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting St. Johns Classical Academy Lions to 21 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Friday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beachside for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Clay will battle a Barracudas team coming off a 0-0 non-league Beaches Chapel (Jacksonville, FL). The Barracudas record now stands at 10-3.
The Lions (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Middleburg (Middleburg, FL). The Broncos come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Middleburg was routed by Keystone Heights (Keystone Heights, FL), 46-11, in a non-league contest.
