The Dodson Panthers basketball team (Dodson, LA), was overwhelmed 48-13 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Monterey Wolves (Monterey, LA)
The Wolves now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rapides for a B District 5 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Monterey will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 68-33 non-league loss to Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-16.
The Panthers (0-10) will now prepare for their battle against LaSalle (Olla, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, LaSalle trounced Delta Charter (Ferriday, LA), 54-36, in a non-league battle.
