The Ocean View Christian Patriots (San Diego, CA) basketball felled the visiting Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA), 39-26 in Friday's non-league test.
The Patriots (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Horizon Prep (Rancho Santa Fe, CA). The Lions go into the Pioneer test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Horizon Prep thwarted The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA), 22-21, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Escondido Adventist Academy for a Ocean test on Monday, January 9. Foothills Christian will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 41-7 non-league loss to San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-5.
