North Carolina High School Basketball - Neuse Charter ripped by NCSSM: Durham

The NCSSM: Durham Unicorns basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Neuse Charter Cougars to 14 in the Unicorns non-league triumph on Friday.

The Unicorns now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Academy for a 1A/2A Conference 12 match on Tuesday, January 10. NCSSM: Durham will meet a Patriots team coming off a 38-30 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 6-10.

With the defeat, Neuse Charter moves to 8-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to North Duplin (Calypso, NC) to meet the Rebels in a 1A Conference 10 match on Tuesday, January 10. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 7-1.
