With the victory, North Vermilion improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Church Point (Church Point, LA) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Church Point won 37-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, LA)

Next up, the Indians play the Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA) in a 4A District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Tioga will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Warhorses come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 42-38 non-league loss to Lafayette (Lafayette, LA).
