In Friday's non-league outing, the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), by a margin of 47-5.
The Raiders (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Mustangs go into the outing with a 8-2 record.
The Spiders now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Northwest Cabarrus for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10. Concord will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 38-16 non-league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.
