The Hobbton Wildcats basketball team (Newton Grove, NC), dropped 50-40 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Princeton Bulldogs (Princeton, NC)

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Wayne for a battle on Tuesday, January 10. Princeton will battle a Warriors team coming off a 41-36 non-league loss to East Duplin (Beulaville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record.
