The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the IDEA Sports Park Stingrays (Brownsville, TX) and the visiting IDEA Weslaco Pike (Weslaco, TX), saw IDEA Sports Park's soccer squad get by IDEA Weslaco Pike by a margin of 2-1.

The Stingrays now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to IDEA Quest College Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, January 7. IDEA Sports Park will meet a Trailblazers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Zapata (Zapata, TX). The Trailblazers record now stands at 1-0.
