The Boonton Bombers (Boonton, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting North Warren Regional Patriots (Blairstown, NJ), 46-39 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bombers (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ). The Redhawks go into the Northwest Jersey - Independence test with a 3-4 record.

The Patriots now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Kittatinny Regional for a Northwest Jersey - Colonial test on Tuesday, January 9. North Warren Regional will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 67-46 non-league win over Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.
