The Excel Academy Charter Wolves basketball team (East Boston, MA), was toppled 74-62 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Boston Latin Academy Dragons (Dorchester, MA)
The Dragons now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Snowden International for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Boston Latin Academy will confront a Cougars team coming off a 72-48 non-league loss to Bristol-Plymouth RVT (Taunton, MA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
The Wolves (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Durfee (Fall River, MA). The Hilltoppers come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Durfee was toppled by Attleboro (Attleboro, MA), 80-77, in a non-league battle.
